This document sets out the complete terms for using the bgs33 platform. Please read the entire document carefully before opening an account or using our services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bgs33 platform and all its services. By registering or using this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

bgs33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms.

1. General Definitions & Scope

The key terms used in these Terms carry the following meanings:

  • "Platform" refers to the bgs33 website, mobile site, and all related services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.
  • "Account" refers to an individual user's registered profile on bgs33.
  • "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities.
  • "Bonus" refers to any type of promotional offer or reward provided by bgs33.
  • "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into a user's account.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location or device. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to ensure they are eligible to use the bgs33 platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To open an account and use the services on bgs33, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must register the account in your own name — registration on behalf of others or under a false identity is prohibited.
  • Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and deposits and winnings may be forfeited.
  • bgs33 may request necessary documents for age and identity verification at any time.
Important: For users aged 21 and above (21+) only. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. bgs33 is specifically committed to protecting minors.

3. Account Registration & Security

It is each user's responsibility to register an account by providing accurate and complete information. If any details provided at registration change, bgs33 must be notified immediately.

3.1 Password & Access Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

  • Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Always log out after using a public device.
  • If you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3.2 Account Closure or Suspension

bgs33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bgs33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the following payment methods for secure and fast transactions:

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and such transactions will be considered void.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Verification

bgs33 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Identity verification documents may be requested for suspicious transactions. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

  • Only deposits made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name are accepted.
  • Transactions using third-party accounts or payment methods are prohibited.
  • In compliance with anti-money laundering laws, bgs33 reserves the right to make required reports.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bgs33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which will be detailed alongside the bonus offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at bgs33 are eligible for a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000.

Bonus example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳14,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Wagering example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses may only be used on specified games — a list of eligible games will be provided with the offer.
  • If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be forfeited.
  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • bgs33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.

6. Gaming & Betting Rules

bgs33 offers various entertainment activities including sports betting, casino games, and live casino. Each game and betting section has its own rules, detailed on the relevant page.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

  • bgs33 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) in every game to ensure fair play.
  • The use of any bots, automation software, or unfair strategies is strictly prohibited.
  • If a suspicious pattern of play is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, bgs33 may decide to void the bet or re-credit it depending on the situation. Winnings obtained during a technical fault may not be considered valid.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgs33 platform:

  • Registering an account with false or misleading information.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing bets in a deliberate pattern for the purpose of bonus abuse.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using another user's account or payment details.
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the platform without authorization.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Limits

bgs33 is deeply committed to responsible gambling. We believe that gaming in a healthy and safe environment is the most enjoyable.

  • Users can set deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits on their own accounts.
  • If needed, accounts can be temporarily suspended ("cooling-off") for a set period of time.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content on the bgs33 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected under the exclusive intellectual property of bgs33. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing these materials without permission.

Services provided by bgs33 may include third-party games and software. The intellectual property of such games remains with the respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others).

10. Privacy & Data Protection

bgs33 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

  • Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes means the new Terms are considered accepted.
  • A waiver of any individual term is only valid if approved in writing and formally authorized.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
